Lifeline Darling Downs Connect

Connect has been developed by Lifeline Darling Downs and South West QLD to assist young people aged 13 to 21 who are experiencing mental illness, bullying and social issues. Specifically, Connect is suitable for young people who are experiencing, or know someone experiencing: bullying, cyber bullying, depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, addiction and thoughts of suicide. By downloading this app, young people can explore how they are feeling and will have instant access to information, coping strategies and links to counselling support and services in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region.
